The November issue of the Growth House newsletter features summaries from the Center to Improve Care of the Dying toolkit, a collection of annotated bibliographies on major aspects of end-of-life care. Thanks to ABCD webmaster, Joanna Winslade, the Growth House database now includes individual records for each of the professional assessment guides in the toolkit. Visit www.gwu.edu/~cicd/toolkit/toolkit.htm, as well as the Growth House site, www.growthhouse.org. The November issue highlights many resources, including the Internet Autopsy Database, Choice in Dying, and the Shiva Foundation, which addresses grief and loss.
