Respecting Choices Advance Care Planning Course for Facilitators
Through small and large group discussion, role plays and problem solving scenarios, this curriculum provides a variety of opportunities to learn and practice the knowledge and skills that will ideally lead to competency in advance care planning facilitation. Participants also explore the tools to promote advance care planning as well as the systems and practices that must be established for successful outcomes.

Respecting Choices Organization and Community Advance Care Planning Course

Intended to assist individuals and teams to establish effective Advance Care Planning Programs in their own organizations and communities, this course has several objectives. 1) to learn the necessary skills to become an advance care planning facilitator; 2) to learn to teach the Advance Care Planning Course for Facilitators, 3) to begin to design implementation strategies and 4) (optional) to become certified as an Instructor.

Community, Patient and System Resources for Advance Care Planning

A variety of user friendly, easily recognized patient educational materials to promote advance care planning in organizations and communities. They include information cards, videos, information booklets, planning guides, wallet cards and posters that can be purchased or customized to meet indvidual or group needs.
