This system is always referred to as the NYHA CHF Classification. It is in widespread use. The former NYHA is now part of the American Heart Association. The CHF Classification is not featured on their website. It appears that the general features of the classification have been modified by numerous users. We were unable to identify a standard or "original" version and, therefore, chose to
post the version found here.
