A patient/family education workbook designed to assist the patient coping with
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Part One describes how the lungs work,
what COPD is, it's symptoms and symptom management, treatment, decisions to
be made by patients, mental health issues, and other advice and support. Part
Two describes the Pathways of Caring Program and includes team and patient responsibilities,
questionnaires and surveys, medication and appointment sheets and a personal
journal.
