Respecting Choices:
This two-day course trains individuals to help community members develop advance care plans, and to develop successful advance care planning programs in their institutions. These trainings are sponsored in part by a grant from HCR-Manor Care. Course is scheduled for:

Are CEU's included? Yes. 12 CEUs. Hospice of the Valley, Provider # 04462 approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, and the California Board of Behavioral Science, Provider # 712, for 12 contact hours of continuing education for Nurses, MFCCs and LCSWs.
Cost? $125 ($100 for Coda members), includes all Respecting Choices training materials, CEU's for nurses and social workers, AND lunch for both days.
