This two-day course trains individuals and small teams from healthcare and community organizations to develop successful advance care planning programs. What makes the Respecting Choices® approach so effective?

The registration fee for the course is $125.
What is included in the cost?
You will receive a Respecting Choices® Advance Care Planning Facilitator's manual, all supplementary materials, and lunch on both days.
Are CEU's included? Yes. 12 CEUs. Hospice of the Valley, Provider # 04462 approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, and the California Board of Behavioral Science, Provider # 712 for 12 contact hours of continuing education.
