The End of Life Physician Education Resource Center (EPERC)
EPERC is a central repository for educational materials and information about end of life (EOL) issues. EPERC produces the Fast Facts series of palliative care education briefs, useful for rounds and other quick review purposes.

Education for Physicians on End-of-life Care (EPEC)
Designed to educate all physicians on the essential clinical competencies required to provide quality end-of-life care. EPEC.net comprises several complementary components. The EPEC Curriculum has been designed with input from nationally respected experts in the field and feedback from participants of early training conferences.

American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHMP)
AAHPM is a membership organization in the United States for physicians dedicated to the advancement of hospice and palliative medicine, its practice, research and education.

Promoting Excellence in End-of-Life Care
Dedicated to long-term changes to improve health care for dying persons and their families through technical assistance to innovative demonstration projects addressing particular challenges to existing models of hospice and palliative care.

The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC)
The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) is a resource to hospitals and other healthcare settings interested in developing palliative care programs. CAPC is a national initiative supported by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation with direction and technical assistance provided by Mount Sinai School of Medicine. The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization
The NHPCO provides information on hospices as well as professional education. Use their database to find a hospice in the United States.
